wednesday

so- today is wednesday, had a busy night last night- well, not really- i was going to take the boys to a trial class at reflex gymnastics (mommy and me for jacob, and justin in his own class), but his friend, baron couldnt get in to the class, bc there was only one spot left, so we decided to nix that idea- bc i found out that tball starts the end of this month, anyway- and he would rather do that- plus, it is cheaper. But, i am a little sad- since i wanted to do a class with jacob- so now i am searching for one for a sat morning after bootcamp.

brooke had her tumbling/cheer class in pasadena- luckily not my week to drive. jeremy had his martial arts, but he was not wanting to rush all over the place, so skipped it, and we went out to eat. brit did not join us bc she had gone to the barn with lizzie- to help feed her goat/clean his pen. ewww.

sad things- monday was the 1 year anniversary of my friend's cousin's death. he was hit by a drunk driver. i just happened to wear the shirt she had made for her family's team at the MADD walk last year on monday to boot camp- not having any idea it was the anniversary of his death- and she told me- we both thought it was weird i wore it on that day... especially since i had a different shirt on first- and had decided to change to that one.

also, lizzie's grandma was having open heart surgery last night- and they werent sure she would make it.. and also, same friend with the cousin who died, found out that her bf's daughter, who is 3, was diagnosed with ALL (leukemia) yesterday. scary, sad stuff- so praying for them! A friend who works at Tx children's said that ALL is 85% cure rate, so let's hope little jolie is in that 85%.

ok- thats all for yesterday- and then today, my stupid new phone (which i love) well- apparently, if you turn the ringer off, the alarm turns off, too- (my old phone, you could turn the ringer off, but the alarm clock still worked).. so i got up late today... and rushed out of the house with the boys.

oh ya- speaking of phones- we decided that brit and brooke both needed a phone, bc of staying after school, activities, etc. but- they understand that they can get their phones taken away just as quickly as they got them! so, hopefully that is incentive to keep up their grades, etc.

ALSO, miss brittany got voted 'prettiest eyes' for the 9th grade for the yearbook.. pretty cool, huh?
